📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless brand experiences.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns.
• Manage our email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with our brand guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing communication, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
• Proven experience with social media marketing and content creation.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Mailchimp and Hootsuite.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
