📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging and effective Mandarin language lessons for students of various age groups.
• Create and update lesson plans and teaching materials to ensure a comprehensive and engaging learning experience.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their Mandarin language skills.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide Mandarin language programs.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and technologies.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and success.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and attendance.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and participation in Mandarin language classes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mandarin Language, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Mandarin language education.
• Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) or Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language (TCFL) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Mandarin language and culture.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passionate about inspiring and motivating students to achieve their language learning goals.
• Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.
