• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our credit products and expand our customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns and sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and existing customers.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and data analytics tools.

• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on marketing performance and business development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales and expanding customer bases.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
