📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with the Buying Team to develop and maintain the product assortment for the Children's Category.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best products at competitive prices.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences in the Children's Category.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess stock.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to our stores.
• Analyze sales data to assess product performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Assist in the development of buying strategies and plans for the Children's Category.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall buying strategy of Sketch Books Inc.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in buying, procurement, or a similar role in the retail or publishing industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Children's Category, including popular brands, trends, and customer preferences.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative and innovative thinking to identify new product opportunities and trends.
