As a Data Center Operations Administrator at PT Teknologi Data Nusantara, you will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of our data centers. You will work closely with our technical team to ensure that our facilities are always up and running, providing reliable services to our clients. You will also be involved in implementing security measures to protect our infrastructure from potential threats.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the physical and environmental conditions of the data center, including temperature, humidity, and power supply.
• Ensure the proper functioning of all data center equipment, including servers, storage systems, and networking devices.
• Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures to protect the data center and its assets.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical support to the data center staff and respond to any issues or emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery and installation of new equipment.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data center operations, including procedures, policies, and records.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of the data center.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center operations, with a focus on physical infrastructure and security.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
• Familiarity with data center equipment, including servers, storage systems, and networking devices.
• Strong understanding of data center security protocols and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in using data center management software such as Raritan, Vertiv, or Liebert.
• Knowledge of environmental monitoring systems and their integration with data center management software.
