📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain metal bending machines, including brake presses, roll forming machines, and laser cutting systems.
- Ensure that all metal components are fabricated to precise specifications and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality products.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on metal bending equipment.
- Conduct quality inspections and testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in metal fabrication and bending.
- Proven experience with brake presses, roll forming machines, and laser cutting systems.
- Strong understanding of metal properties and fabrication techniques.
- Knowledge of quality control and inspection processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Experience with CNC machines is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
