📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement rural development strategies in collaboration with local governments and stakeholders.
• Oversee the execution of projects focused on poverty alleviation, education, and healthcare.
• Enhance infrastructure and environmental sustainability initiatives in rural areas.
• Foster partnerships with NGOs, private sector, and international organizations to drive impactful programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rural development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Rural Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in rural development, preferably in a government or NGO setting.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Proven track record of successful rural development projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with government policies and regulations related to rural development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
