📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist physiotherapists in patient assessments, treatment planning, and exercise prescription.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment, ensuring a sterile and organized environment.
• Administer physiotherapy treatments such as massage, electrical stimulation, and ultrasound therapy.
• Record patient progress and communicate findings to the physiotherapy team.
• Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient visits and treatments using our clinic management software, Practice Fusion.
• Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques and trends through continuous learning and professional development.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, fostering a supportive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Physiotherapy Assistant or in a related healthcare role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and the healthcare team.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic physiotherapy techniques and equipment, such as massage tables, electrical stimulation devices, and ultrasound machines.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English is preferred, but not mandatory as Bali is a multilingual environment.
