📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of corporate facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to identify and address any issues or potential hazards.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders using industry-standard software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure the seamless integration of maintenance activities with overall facility operations.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Provide training and development opportunities to maintenance technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management and maintenance, with a proven track record in supervisory roles.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., BIFM Level 3) or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar facility management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
