📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and support to the business operations in Japan.,Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies.,Conduct legal research and analysis to inform business decisions.,Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.,Represent Airbnb in legal matters, including disputes and negotiations.,Stay up-to-date with changes in local and international laws.,Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate or business environment.,Strong knowledge of Japanese law and regulations.,Excellent legal research and writing skills.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Airbnb's business model and operations is a plus.,Fluency in English and Japanese is required.
