📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Write user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation.,Develop and maintain internal documentation for employees and stakeholders.,Review and edit technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communication, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience with documentation management systems and version control.,Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
