In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing residential and institutional architectural projects from conception to completion. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage all aspects of residential and institutional architectural projects, including design, construction, and project management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.,Oversee the creation of architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.,Monitor project budgets and schedules, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects, including architects, engineers, and project managers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure projects are compliant and innovative.,Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure the continued growth and success of the architectural team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on residential and institutional projects.,Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.,Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.,Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
