Future Fields Pte Ltd is seeking a talented SAP Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA in our growing organization. As an SAP Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our SAP S/4HANA project, from planning and execution to post-implementation support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align business processes with SAP best practices, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the SAP S/4HANA implementation project, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.,Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress to ensure successful completion.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT, and vendors, to align business processes with SAP best practices.,Conduct gap analysis and develop recommendations for process improvements, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.,Monitor project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.,Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to effectively use SAP S/4HANA.,Collaborate with external consultants and vendors to ensure the successful integration of SAP S/4HANA with existing systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.,Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation.,Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, including its modules, processes, and best practices.,Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage complex projects.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Certifications in SAP S/4HANA or related SAP technologies are a plus.,Experience working in a multinational or international environment is a plus.
