📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Managing and mentoring a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure that all operations run smoothly and that the company as a whole achieves its goals.,Monitoring departmental budgets and ensuring that all expenses are managed responsibly and effectively.,Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise, and developing solutions to resolve them.,Maintaining open and effective communication with employees, customers, and other stakeholders.,Ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed, and that the department operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and a commitment to upholding ethical and legal standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficient in using HR software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in managing remote teams and implementing remote work policies.
