📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial phone screens and schedule in-person or virtual interviews with candidates.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assess candidate fit.,Maintain a strong understanding of the job market and industry trends to ensure we are attracting the best candidates.,Provide feedback to candidates and follow up to ensure a positive candidate experience.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Stay up-to-date with legal and compliance requirements related to recruitment and hiring.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in the hospitality or coffee industry.,Strong understanding of the job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with the coffee industry and the ability to communicate the unique aspects of our company culture to candidates.
