📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of tellers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Monitor and control cash handling procedures to prevent loss or theft.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Participate in branch meetings and contribute to the overall strategic goals of the bank.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a teller or customer service role in the banking industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of banking regulations and internal policies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Further education in banking or finance is a plus.,Valid ID and banking license.
