📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staffing, inventory, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high performance standards.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Promote and participate in sales activities to drive revenue growth.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of customer service principles.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
