📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency.,Monitor production schedules and report any delays or issues.,Maintain and update production records and reports.,Assist in quality control checks to ensure products meet standards.,Support the production team in maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Assist in the training and development of new production staff.,Perform other duties as assigned by the production manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.,Proven ability to work well under pressure.,Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
