📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care and assistance with daily activities.
  • Assisting with medical procedures and treatments as directed by the head nurse or doctor.
  • Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Assisting with the administration of medications and treatments.
  • Maintaining patient records and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Participating in continuous learning and professional development activities.
  • Following all safety protocols and infection control measures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of basic medical procedures and treatments.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
  • Valid nursing license and certification (if applicable).
