📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Monitor and maintain system performance and security.,Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to end-users.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.,Maintain and update IT documentation.,Assist with the management of IT assets and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Good understanding of network protocols and security.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
