📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice and recommendations on health and beauty products to customers.
• Assist customers in selecting the best products based on their skin type, concerns, and lifestyle.
• Promote Watsons’ wellness initiatives and products through in-store displays and customer interactions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stock and organize products on shelves to maintain a neat and attractive display.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on the latest trends and products.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and pleasant shopping environment for all customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the health and beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of health and beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and personal care items.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with using POS systems and inventory management software.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a genuine interest in helping others.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in cosmetology or beauty therapy are a plus.
