📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their dining experience.
• Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Ensure tables are set and cleared promptly and professionally.
• Recommend menu items and provide information about our dishes to enhance the dining experience.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a food service or hospitality role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and food safety practices.
• Proficiency in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service.
