📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
• Support the accounting team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in the reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
• Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support the implementation of internal controls and processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and support the tax team in tax-related activities.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance & Accounting team.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or trade environment.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with SAP, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
