📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Visit assigned areas to collect payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts.,Maintain accurate records of all collections and follow up on overdue accounts.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers.,Monitor and report on collection activities to ensure targets are met.,Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all regulations.,Conduct regular visits to customers to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.,Provide regular updates on collection activities and any issues encountered.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in field collection or a related role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with the banking or finance industry is a plus.
