In this role, you will work closely with our Head Nurse and the medical team to ensure the smooth operation of our healthcare services. You will be responsible for assisting in patient care, managing schedules, and supporting the nursing team in delivering excellent healthcare services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Nurse in managing the nursing team and ensuring high-quality patient care.
  • Perform basic nursing tasks such as taking vital signs, assisting with treatments, and providing patient education.
  • Manage patient schedules and coordinate with the medical team to ensure timely and efficient healthcare services.
  • Assist in the maintenance and organization of the nursing station and medical supplies.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Promote a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and staff.
  • Assist in the training and orientation of new nursing staff.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant regulatory body.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
