📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Support the HR team in managing employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Conduct employee training and development programs as needed.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment by addressing employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and analytics.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid ID card and work permit (if applicable).
