📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage a team of collections agents, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional results.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collections performance and reduce delinquency rates.
• Conduct regular reviews of collections processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
• Provide ongoing training and support to collections agents, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and report on collections performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Work closely with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure that collections efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve collections operations.
• Ensure that all collections activities are conducted in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, with a proven track record of success in managing collections teams.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in using collections software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Certification in collections management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a must.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
