📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies.
• Monitor and report on branch performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure that the branch is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of retail or sales operations is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
