As a Barista, you’ll be the heart of our coffee program, ensuring every cup meets our high standards. You’ll work closely with our team to maintain our coffee equipment, experiment with new flavors, and provide exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, cold brews, and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain and clean all coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Manage inventory and restock coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting members and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create coffee pairings for meals and snacks.
• Assist in training new staff on coffee preparation techniques and customer service skills.
• Participate in daily operations, including opening and closing the coffee shop.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new coffee products to enhance our offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proficiency in using espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee brewing equipment.
• Knowledge of coffee beans, roasting techniques, and flavor profiles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Certification in Barista training (e.g., SCA, WSC) is a plus.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere.
