📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Manage a team of sales and service personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their targets and delivering excellent customer service.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished in a timely manner to meet customer demand.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential, to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our products and services.,Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, and that the branch is operating in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry.,Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket and spare parts industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
