📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services, adhering to medical standards and regulations.,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.,Manage schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet patient demand.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team performance and patient care.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of medical standards, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with healthcare software and systems is a plus.,Valid certification in healthcare leadership or a related field is a plus.
