Nest Zone Ekspansindo is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts.,Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and beyond.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Monitor client performance and provide regular reports and feedback to improve client satisfaction and retention.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that the company's products and services are effectively promoted.,Participate in sales meetings and presentations to showcase the company's products and services and to close deals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and account management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the industry in which it operates.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.,Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Familiarity with sales and account management software and tools is a plus.,Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
