IOT Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing industry and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.,Proven ability to manage and mentor HR staff.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
