📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct risk assessments and analyses to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.,Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's assets and interests.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes and controls.,Prepare and present risk reports to management and stakeholders.,Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in risk management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive risk coverage.,Provide risk management training and awareness programs to employees.,Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk analysis and management.,Strong knowledge of risk assessment tools, techniques, and frameworks.,Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Portuguese languages is a plus.,Professional certification in risk management (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CPA) is a plus.
