📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.,Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.,Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities.,Provide training and support to sales teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing market share.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
