📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify and address employee issues.,Provide individual and group counseling sessions to support employees' mental health and well-being.,Develop and implement psychological programs and initiatives to promote a positive work environment.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective implementation of psychological support services.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of all psychological assessments and counseling sessions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of psychology and incorporate new knowledge into your practice.,Provide training and workshops on mental health and well-being to our employees.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of psychological support services and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or counseling setting.,Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional certification or license in Psychology is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Experience in a corporate or organizational setting is a plus.
