📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and standards.,Ensure the quality and consistency of baked goods by following food safety and quality control procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ensure that ingredients are used efficiently.,Assist in training and mentoring junior bakers and kitchen staff.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of kitchen procedures and standards.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and principles.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and quality control procedures.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience in a coffee shop or bakery is a plus.
