📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure the outlet meets sales targets and maintains high customer satisfaction levels.,Manage inventory levels and order stock to prevent shortages or overstocking.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor and report on outlet performance metrics to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
