Depot Fajar Restaurant is looking for a talented Deputy Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our restaurant management systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for the restaurant industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for restaurant management systems,Collaborate with software developers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documentation,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity and readability,Develop and maintain user manuals, quick reference guides, and other technical documentation,Assist in the development of training materials for restaurant staff,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participate in team meetings and provide input on technical writing projects,Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical writing processes and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of restaurant management systems and software,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Passion for the restaurant industry and a willingness to learn and adapt
